Работа со своим материалами ( огнеупорный трокрет бетон марки КШТМ 8 - 42, наличие анкеров из нержавеющей стали 10*190 тип 3, ведение работ круглосуточно, мобильность,наличие своего оборудования в комплексе ( компресора, торкрет пушки, насосы с емкостями для подачи воды, наличие автотранспорта, сварочного и такелажного оборудования) ,веденияе работ производится вблизи действующего металургического оборудования и прилегающих энергосетей, ведение работ на отм + 27м, наличие СРО для работы на особоопасных объектах работы , вредные условия труда( запыленность, загазованость).
