After the end of the tender procedure and the selection of a contractor organization, the workers of this organization, before performing work on the site, must have the following documents:
1. Conclusions on the conduct of mandatory medical examinations.
2. Certificates of passing the fire-technical minimum (in the case of hot work).
3. Protocols and certificates on the verification of knowledge of labor protection requirements.
4. Certificates of assignment of an electrical safety group (in the case of work with a power tool).
5. Certificates of assignment of a safety group for work at height (in the case of work at height).
6. Certificates for cradle workers (hoists, towers), crane operators, cradle hoists (when performing work with the use of hoisting equipment).
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier. |
