The price should include all expenses, including transportation costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, fees, unforeseen expenses.
Delivery terms:Mobilization / demobilization of personnel and equipment from the Contractor’s base to the facility (well) and vice versa is carried out in accordance with the monthly Schedule of well treatments provided by the Customer, after signing the Agreement, until the 25th day of the current month for the next month. The start / end of a well operation is determined by the time and date of well acceptance / delivery for cleaning the tubing from the paraffin deposit. Work is planned for the period until 12/31/2020.

If necessary, the Contractor shall ensure the transportation of personnel by specialized passenger vehicles with increased cross-country ability at his own expense.

The request for proposals is not a bid and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Accordingly, the Customer does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have asked to conclude an appropriate transaction.
The customer reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received or not to accept any of them and refuse to carry out this procedure.
The validity period of the offers is not less than 60 calendar days from the date of the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competitive procedure.
This notice is an integral part of the procurement documentation.
