Comments:
Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the installation of a modular boiler house (7 modules). Construction and installation works consisting of: earthworks, installation of monolithic foundations (slab-type) with concrete preparation on site, installation of underground tanks of 10 and 25 m3, installation of an external storm sewer, grounding, installation of a blind area. The installation of the modular boiler house building is carried out under the guidance of the installation supervision organization.

Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko District, Albazin Ore Mining and Processing Plant site, Ekaterina-2 site (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´)
Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 03/01/2021;
2. Completion date: 05/08/2021.
The start of work is allowed by a letter of guarantee from the Customer until the conclusion of the contract.
Prior to mobilization at the customer's site for work, it is necessary to go through quarantine. The date of arrival in quarantine is specified immediately before arrival.

The minimum required requirements for the machines and mechanisms of the Contractor (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Excavator with a bucket volume of at least 0.25 m3 - 1 unit;
2. Manual rammer - 1 unit;
3. Concrete mixer with a volume of at least 0.5m3 - 1 unit;
4. Submersible vibrator - 1 unit;
5. Welding machine - 1 unit;
6. Truck crane with a lifting capacity of at least 25 tons, as well as according to the developed PPR - 1 unit;
7. Trucks for transportation of goods and materials from the place of storage to the place of work, for transporting soil to the dump, for transporting waste to the solid waste landfill - 1 unit;
8. Equipment for the organization of autonomous lighting and power supply (mobile diesel power plant) at the place of work, providing standards for the work;
9. Auxiliary equipment and hand tools for work;
10. Manual and auxiliary tools (angle grinder, tools and accessories for painting works, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the team. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools;
11. The contractor monitors the condition of his equipment and machinery, keeps it in
good condition, pays for service, maintains the number of consumables.

Basic requirements for the contractor's personnel (number / qualifications / working hours):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work in accordance with the Schedule (Appendix No. 3 to the TOR);
2. The composition of employees must include qualified employees with certificates for electrical safety, etc. in accordance with the type of work performed, as well as the conclusion of the medical commission on admission to work in the Far North and equated regions;
Welders must be certified by NAKS Level 1 (group of technical devices - SK). The Contractor's engineering and technical staff must have certification of the NAKS of the 2nd level (group of technical devices - SK);
Before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide a medical commission report for each employee
3. The mode of production of work is determined by the internal Order of the Contractor, taking into account the requirements for the production of work from the Customer;
4. Availability and maintenance of basic health and safety documents (certification, certificates, permits, orders, instructions, keeping a work order log, a workplace briefing log, a primary fire extinguishing equipment log, a fire safety briefing log);
5. As part of the engineering and technical staff, the presence of a VET engineer at the facility with a laptop, stationery and consumables required for paperwork;
6. Control over the production of work is carried out by a person appointed by order with the presence of appropriate certificates (geodetic control, construction control), the specialist must be included in the LDC, as well as have the necessary equipment for control.

Materials provided by the Customer:
1. The customer provides goods and materials, according to the list in Appendix No. 4 to the TK;
2. Goods and materials are transferred to the contractor at the AGOK warehouse area upon request, with the exception of bulky cargo, which is delivered by the Customer directly to the construction site: Boiler room modules (7 units) and containers (2 units);
3. Delivery of goods and materials from the place of storage (warehouse area) to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The distance from the storage area to the facility will be 13.5 km.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the facilities are NOT a HIF).

The rest of the requirements are indicated in the invitation letter in the procurement documentation.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 on 02/08/2021 with the following attachments:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person, indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the TK);
- a completed Counterparty Questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney to the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
