Comments:
Albazino Resources LLC invites to participate in the competition for construction and installation work on the facilities of the Ekaterina-2 underground mine. Stage 2:
1. RA 0001360 5.3MW diesel boiler room with chimney;
2. RA 0001361 Emergency Fuel Drain Capacity V=25m3.
Installation work under the supervision of the head of the installation organization. In the works: earthworks, installation of monolithic foundations (slab type) with concrete preparation on site, installation of modular boiler room building, installation of subterranean containers 10 and 25 m3, installation outdoor stormwater sewer, grounding, unwinding device.

Location of service:
Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko District, Albazin Mining and Enrichment Plant site, Ekaterina-2 section (Latitude 52° 51' 17.7", Longitude 137° 53' 2.6'´)

Stage 1:12/08.2021 to 04.10.2021
Stage 2:25.10.2021 to 30.11.2021

The commencement of work is allowed by a letter of warranty from the Customer until the contract is concluded.
Prior to mobilization to the customer site, a quarantine of 3 days (depending on the epidemiological situation) must be quarantined in order to carry out the work. The date of the quarantine check-in is specified just before check-in.

Minimum Requirements for Contractor's Machinery and Machinery (with list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Excavator with a bucket volume of not less than 0.25 m3 - 1;
2. Manual ramp - 1;
3. Concrete mixer with a volume of at least 0.5m3 - 1;
4. Submersible vibrator - 1
5. Welding machine - 1;
6. The crane truck g/p is at least 25 tons, as well as according to the developed PPR - 1;
7. Trucks for the transport of TMC from the site of storage to the site of the work, for the transport of soil to the escarpment, to transport debris to the MSW landfill - 1;
8. Trucks for the transport of large goods - boiler room block modules (7 units), tanks 10 and 25 m3 total (2) - 1, Rent of trawl of Ural-Iveco from the Customer is possible;
9. Autonomous lighting and electricity (mobile DES) equipment at the site of work that ensures standards for work production;
10. Auxiliary equipment and hand tools for the production of the work;
11. Hand and support tools (USM, paint tools and accessories, extension cords, etc.) - The number is determined by the composition of the brigade. All workers must be provided with the necessary tool;
12. Contractor monitors the condition of his equipment and equipment, contains it in
good condition, pays for service, supports quantity of consumables.

Contractor's main staff requirements (quantity/qualifications/working hours):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the brigades is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work carried out, taking into account the production of work according to the Schedule (Annex 3 to TK);
2. Employees must have qualified workers with electrical safety certificates, etc. according to the type of work performed, as well as the medical board's opinion on admission to work in and equal areas of the Far North;
Welders must be certified by NACS Level 1 (Technical Devices Group - SC). Contractor's ITR shall be certified by NACS Level 2 (Technical Devices Group - SC);
Before quarantine, it is mandatory to provide a medical board opinion for each employee;
3. The production regime is determined by the Contractor's internal Order, subject to the requirements for the production of the work by the Customer;
4. Availability and maintenance of basic OT and PB documents (certifications, certificates, permits, orders, instructions, job logging, workplace instruction log, accounting log primary fire suppression tools, fire safety briefing log);
5. As part of the ITR, the mandatory presence of a PTO engineer at the site, with the availability of a laptop, stationery and consumables required for the paperwork;
6. The work is monitored by a person appointed by the order with the relevant credentials (surveying, construction control), the specialist must be included in the LDCs, and so and have the necessary equipment for monitoring.

Customer Provided Materials:
1. Customer provides TMC as per the list in Annex 4 of the TK;
2. TMC are transferred to the contractor at AGOC storage site on demand;
3. The delivery of TMC from the warehouse site (warehouse) to the site of the work is the Contractor's responsibility. The property is 13.5 km away from the storage area.

Requirements for Contractor Permitting Documents:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, it is mandatory to provide an extract from the Register of SRO-S Members (the facilities are NOT GOPs).

The remaining requirements are listed in the invitation letter in the procurement documentation.

- commercial offer on the official form of the participant, signed by the authorized person, indicating information on the agreement of the basic draft contract without disagreement or relevant protocol of disagreement;

- Scan copies of the permissive documentation required for the work;
- scan copies of documents confirming the availability of necessary equipment, equipment;
- statute (most recently revised with all amendments and additions);
- State Registration Certificate (appropriation of OGRN);
- Tax Accounting Certificate;
- the decision of the authorized body of the legal entity to appoint an executive body;
- if necessary, power of attorney on the signatory;
- letter from the Federal Service of State Statistics on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (according to the form) (Annex 5 to the letter).

Therefore, this request for offer procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.
