Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with the documentation in Russian:
1) Acceptance certificate of completed works - 2 copies.
3) Invoice for payment.
- Additional expenses (travel, administrative and other expenses), if available, please specify separately;
- The organization performing the survey must have the necessary certificates, licenses, certificates, accreditations for this type of work;
- Conclusion of an agreement with payment by bank transfer is a prerequisite;
- AMURSTAL LLC has the right to conclude an agreement for a certain type of work with any participant in the competition.
