| Условия оплаты: | Payment under this Agreement is made by bank transfer to the settlement account of the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice, which the Contractor issues after the signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed. By agreement of the Parties, an advance payment is allowed, but not more than 30 (thirty) percent of the estimated cost of work. If the Parties agree on the advance payment, then the Contractor must provide the Customer with a bank guarantee. |

3.2. a completed Form of a potential supplier in EXCEL format;
3.3. completed Qualification Requirement in PDF format (scan with signature and seal);
3.4. a completed Form for financial verification in EXCEL format;
3.5. financial statements for 2018, 2019, 2020 with the mark of the Federal Tax Service;
3.6. statutory documents of the Organization.
Attention! The archive with the documents is password-protected, the password for the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
