Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:● advance payment (advance payment) in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the total cost of the work specified in clause 2.1. Of the Agreement, the Customer makes within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the Agreement, provided that the Contractor provides the invoice;
● the amount of advance payments paid is counted in full to the cost of the work performed until the full offset of the amount of advance payments;
● the final payment for the Work is carried out upon completion of each stage (Appendix No. 2) in the amount of the remaining part of the cost of the Work for the corresponding stage within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the work performed for the corresponding stage, provided that an invoice is received from the Contractor.
