Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the customer payment shall be made by bank transfer, by transferring money to the account of the Contractor within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the Act of acceptance commissioning working (prijomochnoj) by the Commission, the signing parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2), the value of the works (form # KS-3) and issued by the contractor, for payment.
Delivery terms:
term of execution of works on repair of roads-20 (twenty) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract. If there is a favourable weather conditions allowed the extension of the agreement with the customer and with drawing of supplementary agreement to the contract.
Contractor performs work on weekdays from 8-00 to 17-00. Allowed to perform work on weekends and to increase the duration of working time-by agreement with the customer. Execution of works in the dark is prohibited.
Delivery of materials and equipment is carried out by transport Contractor, handling and forwarding of work related to delivery of materials and equipment, forces and executed at the expense of the contractor. Delivery of equipment and personnel is carried out by the contractor and the contractor's expense.
