Payment terms:Prices include all construction and supplies, delivery, loading and unloading at the customer site.

Requirements for the contractor:
KP should be in the form of estimates. Attach to trade estimates with the name of materials and a list of works. If you need to phone the contact person for going to the site.
The contractor shall have the required permitting documents for work of this type. Perform work in compliance with industry regulations on labor protection and other normative and technical documents regulating this type of work, with the current building regulations, GOST, TU, snip, safety, fire protection, hygiene, environmental standards.
The warranty on the work carried out at least 10 years.
Supplied materials must be new and certified.
Experience the contractor in this type of activity is not less than 5 years.
If you are interested in your offer a list of required documents before entering into a contract by the supplier:
1) a copy of the charter and the foundation agreement;
2) a copy of the certificate of state registration;
3) copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and BIN);
4) a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the tax authority no earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of discharge;
5) a copy of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of a company or decision of the sole member (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointing the director of the counterparty (specimen signature).
