4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as additional agreements to the contract without amending:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction)
- anti-corruption clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to the exchange of documents through EDF;
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents according to the List of documents for concluding an agreement (attached to the auction) + Consent to the processing of personal data of the person who will sign the agreement (attached to the auction).
