Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last reporting period.
3. Reference list, in case of lack of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
4. Required licenses and permits for this type of work (if necessary)
5. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
IMPORTANT! The taxpayer's consent must be displayed on the APK Charter website. There is no need to join the Charter.
6. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
- anti-corruption clause.
- consent to the processing of personal data.
7. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a complete package of statutory documents (the list is attached to the auction).

We ask you to consider the possibility of signing an agreement on electronic document management.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.

Use by the contractor of the original service kit required for repair, adjustment and maintenance work.
Spare parts must be brought by the specialists of the company conducting the maintenance, or provided in advance before the visit of the specialists.
