Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment under the contract will be carried out by transferring the funds to a separate bank account for payments in the currency of the Russian Federation under the State contract with a supplier, opened in the authorized bank within 30 days from the date of signing of the Act of the executed works ( the identifier for the Government contract, the name of an authorized bank, individual accounts of the Parties shall be agreed upon by the parties in the additional agreement after concluding the public contract). In case of lack of funds in a separate bank account or closing a single bank account in connection with the performance of a Government contract, the contracting authority is authorized to pay from your checking account. Payment shall be made in rubles. The value of the goods defined in rubles. Contractor exposes invoices in Russian rubles.
Delivery terms:according to the technical requirements (annex 1 of this Agreement). Work performance term-12 weeks from the date of signing of the contract.
