3. Object (technical device).
Robotic complex for the production of graphite nipples, including: 2 (two) ROMI G550 machining centers, FRIGGI saw, EXTOR 4100 r5 aspiration system, FANUC robot, conveyor, measuring machine "NIPEL".

4. List and scope of works performed:
4.1. Carrying out a complex of works on maintenance and diagnostics of all systems and mechanisms, adjustments (including checking for accuracy by means of a special tooling and using the obtained results, carrying out technical measures to restore the accuracy parameters to passport) with frequency and in the volumes specified in passports, operating instructions and contained in another technical documentation for the equipment included in the robotic complex.
4.2. An approximate list of service works. To agree with the Customer.
4.2.2. Annual maintenance of the FRIGGI saw blade with a frequency of 1 times per quarter:

1. Checking the saw condition.
2. Check the oil levels in the gearbox, hydropower station.
3. Check air leaks, oil.
4. Checking the operation of the manipulator.
5. Checking wear of gearbox bearings. Lubrication.
6. Check flywheel bearings, tensioner guides. Lubrication.
7. Checking the carriage guides and clamping. Lubrication.
8. Checking of the HVs and the guides of the arch. Lubrication.
9. Hydraulic station check, filter washing/replacement, cooler cleaning.
10. Check and clean the fan.
11. Checking the operation of component and chip conveyors.
12. Establishment of a list of spare parts to be replaced.

4.2.3. Annual maintenance of EXTOR 4100 r5 hood with a frequency of 1 time per quarter:

1. Checks the status of lines and ducts.
2. Check operation of pulse valves, pneumatic filter cleaning system.
3. Inspection, cleaning, lubrication of seals.
4. Inspection of the condensed air intake system.
5. Check filters for damage and replace damaged ones. Washing Teflon filters.
6. Check the control filter and replace if necessary.
7. Establishment of a list of spare parts to be replaced

4.2.4. Annual maintenance of the FANUC robot with a frequency of 1 times per quarter:

1. External inspection of body elements of the robot and its periphery of the robot for defects and damages.
2. Diagnosis of the robot for the presence of uncharacteristic noise during movement.
3. Diagnostics of repeatability of the output to the robot position.
4. Check for backlash in the joints of the manipulator.
5. Control of oil leaks and cleaning of contaminants.
6. Bolt lift.
7. Replacement of batteries.
8. Calibration of robot joints.
9. Checking null labels.
10. Replace/cleaning robot controller filters.
11. Replace/cleaning of robot controller fans.
12. Replace/cleaning of robot controller transformers.
13. Checking/diagnosing the error log.
14. Replacement of protective malleys on the robot control panel (if any).
15. Setting/maintenance of additional equipment included in the complex.
16. Company/selection of the necessary ZIP for the robot and additional equipment.
17. Validation/measurement of power supply voltage.
18. Scheduled routine maintenance work of the robot:
19. Replacement of lubricant in mechanisms.
20. Replacement of lubrication in gearboxes.
21. Test robot brakes.
22. Checking pneumatic routes (if any).
23. Checking the internal wiring of cables and pipes.
24. Checking gear and belt gears.
25. Recommendations for keeping the equipment in working order.

4.2.5. Annual maintenance of the conveyor with a frequency of 1 times per quarter:

1. Visual inspection of movable elements and wiring.
2. Lubrication of moving elements (if necessary)

4.2.6. Annual maintenance of the "NIPEL" measurement unit with a frequency of 1 per quarter:

2. Reference measurement of reference nipple.

5. Terms of execution of works: within 12 calendar months from the date of signing of the Agreement, provided that all works are performed according to the technical documentation of the equipment assigned in the first year of operation. The start date and duration of the works shall be agreed with the Customer in writing not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to their execution.

6. Supply of materials, tooling and lifting facilities for the performance of work.
6.1 Works are carried out using materials, special equipment and tools of the Contractor, including certified control mandrels, corresponding accuracy of machining centers robotic
6.2 Lifting equipment, installation equipment, loading mechanisms, tools and all consumables for them, PPE, electric welding, gas cutting and other equipment necessary for The Contractor shall provide the works.
6.3 Cran-beams are provided by the Customer, the operator of the crane beam is provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Materials and components from the Customer's warehouse to the place of installation is delivered by the Contractor.

7. Requirements to the Contractor.
7.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work.
7.2. To clarify the conditions of performance of works, familiarization with the object it is necessary to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
7.3. The Contractor in his commercial offer shall indicate the payment procedure and other conditions.
7.4. Certification of the head, engineering and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the GCO according to item 12.
7.5. Provision of safety and safety measures for on-site work.
7.6. In case of reasonable comments to the personnel on the quality of performed works, violation of safety, as well as violations of administrative nature, at the request of specialists of the Customer the Contractor is obliged to replace these employees immediately.
7.7. Performed not qualitatively work should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
7.8. Placement in sanitary facilities of workers employed for the performance of this work is made by the Contractor. The customer, if available, can arrange placement of workers on a contractual basis.
7.9. The Contractor shall apply reasonable calculations to the commercial offer for all labor costs necessary for maintenance of equipment of the robotic complex. The Contractor shall agree with the Customer, developed calculations, linear schedule of work performance, ERP, PPR and technological maps for all necessary works - within a period of no more than 15 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the competitive proceedings.$
7.10. The removal of garbage of all categories, to landfills of receiving industrial waste, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, on the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs of waste disposal of all categories, at landfills of receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
7.11. Loading of garbage is carried out by forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
7.12. It is necessary to have SRO for these types of work.

8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery of the results of the work, provided that the work has been done properly and within the agreed time frame. The work is considered to have been completed after the signing by the Parties of the Certificate on acceptance of the performed works (form KS-2) and the Certificate on the cost of the performed works and costs (form KS-3).

9. Warranty obligations for performed works: 12 months from the date of completion of the work.

10. Special conditions: Maintenance works are carried out in the existing shop. The schedule of works is agreed with the shop (CGE) and plant services (UM, EU, etc.). Technical documentation is available to the Contractor only on the production site of JSC "EPM-NEZ".

11. The list of documents provided to the UOTIPP for the execution of work permits by contractors:
1. Copies of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. Copies of the instruction on labor protection from the briefing journal.
3. ERP, RDP or RTI.
4. Copies of the report of certification of workers on labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of certification of labor protection and general requirements of industrial safety. When performing works on gas, on vessels working under pressure, using GPM, lifts (towers), in electrical installations, carrying out fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical admission of staff.
7. Copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, drivers of cranes, lifts (towers). For gas-electric welders — copies of fire and technical minimum certification protocols.
Before the beginning of registration of an order - admission all employees of the contractor organization, including managers, are obliged to undergo an introductory instruction in the UOTIP (with you have a document confirming the identity and age). All workers must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
If any document expires, the permit is not granted until the new document is submitted.
