Comments:
PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in a tender for the implementation of a range of works on the construction and commissioning of the Yaroslavl Technical Center.
To participate in the procurement event, the supplier must:
Read the privacy statement. Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
Fill out the Participant Application Form signed by an authorized person (word and pdf format);
Indicate the full name / telephone / e-mail of the responsible manager to accompany this procurement event;
Provide financial statements (scan copy of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement), as well as the completed file analysis-rating (excel).
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / half-year / 9 months, then reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding, consolidated reporting of the holding is provided.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications must also be grouped into one file;
Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address Dedyulya.tender@beeline.ru no later than 5:00 p.m. (GMT) on 10/23/2019 (the subject line of the letter should indicate "[Name of supplier organization] NFC (СМР, ПИР 4.2)"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
