Comments:
1. Pay special attention to items 5,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18,19.20 of the technical task.
2. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the ETP, the submission of the TCH (tender proposal) on the letterhead is required, indicating the timing of the work and the form of payment.
