Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:within 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of the executed works.
If necessary payment counterparty issued advance payment bank guarantee should be provided with advance payment. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee must be issued by a bank guarantee from the list of the top 20 on the net assets of Russian banks and foreign banks-guarantors have a rating below "AA-" on the scale of S&P ("high quality") or similar ranking international rating agencies.
