Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Term of payment for goods is no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the product. Proposals containing a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum deadline-30 days.
Delivery terms:1. To supply products that are accepted compulsory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Product is not certifiable provide documentary proof. 2. Products must be new, previously unused, date of manufacture diodes, Thyristors, condensers and DF-not earlier than 1 (one) year prior to the date of delivery. 3. The customer reserves the right to refuse partially and/or totally from production lot at the stage of signing the contract and during its actions in connection with the change of funding and/or Product needs.
