Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms are 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deferral period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is VAT excl., including the cost of transportation and other costs associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer shall make payments to the product based on the receipt results, provided that the Supplier provides original product quality documents, invoices and invoices that correspond to the receipt results and are issued in accordance with legal requirements.

Comments: I. Signing of the contract within 5 days as edited by Korshunovsky GOK (see procurement documents)
II. The products purchased by the company must strictly comply with the requirements of:
1. The products are new.
2. Products must include: Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, Declaration of Conformity.
III. Provision of statutory documents (see list in procurement documents) is mandatory at the time of the proposal.
IV. This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.

It is mandatory for all participants to have certificates confirming the quality and origin of the product. The package of documents must be attached to the ETP at the application stage (see paragraph 5.2. Documentation. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply contract with Korshunovsky GOK, as edited by Korshunovsky GOK (see procurement documentation). In case of contradictions, the participant shall attach to the ETP or send to the organizer a protocol of disagreement to the draft contract with Korshunovsky GOK before the end of the procurement procedure.
