The supplier is obliged to deliver the goods on its own. Attracting third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.

If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Supplier’s integrity with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier delivering the Goods independently, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold rights: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
