Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of a duly issued invoice in the Buyer's name from the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Act acceptance or transfer (Service, Work Act) or other document confirming delivery (service, work).
Delivery terms:One time delivery of 2pcs
Delivery within 14 cd from the date of signing of the requisition/order.

This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
