Payment terms:
- аванс в размере 30% (тридцати процентов) от суммы Договора, в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с момента получения Заказчиком счета и счета-фактуры, выставленных Исполнителем;
- 50% (пятьдесят процентов) от суммы договора – с момента сдачи пакета обосновывающих документов в федеральный орган исполнительной власти, уполномоченный утверждать соответствующие нормативы.
- 20% (двадцать процентов) от суммы Договора (окончательный расчет) – в течение 5 банковских дней после получения подтверждающих документов об утверждении нормативов в федеральном органе исполнительной власти, уполномоченном утверждать соответствующие нормативы и подписания Заказчиком акта об оказанных услугах на основании счета Исполнителя.
Delivery terms:
Срок оказания услуг: в течение 40 (сорок) календарных дней со дня получения Исполнителем от Заказчика исходных данных, сведений и документов в соответствии с Приложением №1, обосновывающих расчеты норматива удельного расхода топлива на отпущенную электрическую энергию Первого пускового комплекса ТЭС «Полярная» на 2014 год.
