Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please read the procurement documentation carefully.

Special requirements for participants:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - without advance payment, final settlement no earlier than 60, but no later than 70 business days from the moment of signing the acts.
2. Prices should be indicated only in rubles.
3. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 11/01/2020.
4. Warranty period: 36 months for equipment, 24 months for work and materials and automation
5. The term of the work is 25 calendar days.
6. The main / profile activity of the organization and work experience - installation of chemical agents, from 1 year
7. The term for the preparation of the construction task and its delivery to the construction site: 10 calendar days
8. The equipment is ready for shipment within 14 calendar days from the moment of placing the order.

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to fill out and attach the following files to the main application (in the attachment):
- Appendix 11 Member Card

Free participation
EDS is not required

A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
