Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Warranty period: 24 mo for work performed, 24 mo for consumables and automatics used, 36 mo for equipment.
Main/profile activities of the organization and work experience - HO installation, 1 year
The duration of the work is 54 kd for the dismanting/installation of the XM, 14 kd for commissioning.
Preparation period of construction assignment and issuance to the construction site: 7 calendar days
Estimated start date: 25.09.2021
Equipment ready for shipment period is no later than 30 calend. days from the date of contract
If a member does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be submitted

Need for accreditation to Tander JSC to review the outcome of the tender and further work
The original Contract signed by the Contractor must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the time the document is sent to the Contractor
Due to various factors (building readiness of the facility, the delivery of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple brigade is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive openings.
