Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Warranty period: 24 mo for work performed, 24 mo for consumables and automatics used, 36 mo for equipment.
Main/profile activities of the organization and work experience - HO installation, 1 year
Work time - 100 calendar days
Preparation period of construction assignment and issuance to the construction site: 7 calendar days
If a member does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be submitted
Estimated start date: 01.09.2021
Delivery Conditions: Contractor
Need for accreditation to Tander JSC to review the outcome of the tender and further work
Equipment ready for shipment period is 60 calendar days from the moment of placing your order (by date of placing your order, count the date for the notification of KA when the competition is announced)

Due to various factors (building readiness of the facility, the delivery of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple brigade is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive openings.
