Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear suppliers!
Please carefully read the procurement documentation.
Customer Specific Requirements:
1. Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles is required before 07.17.2020
2. The equipment is ready for shipment for 30 calendar days from the moment of placing the order.
Equipment must be delivered by the start date.
Coordinate the delivery schedule with the customer.
3. Duration of work: work will be carried out in several stages, but should not exceed 45 calendar days and all work must be completed on 08/18/2020:
1. stage - assembly of refrigerators
2. stage - the main installation (delivery and installation of the storage and storage facilities, VOPov, KKB, unloading and installation of refrigerated furniture)
3. stage - the final commissioning, putting the equipment into operation, delivery of work, signing of acts.
Between stages a simple team of 2-3 weeks is possible, this period is not cumulative by the installation date.
Beginning of work tentatively 01.07.2020
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
4. If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered.
5. Warranty: for work performed, consumables used, automation - 24 months, for supplied equipment - 36 months.
6. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing are required.

IMPORTANT! Required templates by the participant:
- Template for KP on XO
- Specification for split systems for NT cameras
- Appendix No. 11

The following package of documents is required to be attached to the main application:
1) MOT selection sheets with drawings (Vopa).
2) Thermotechnical calculations for HC and refrigerated premises (workshops, machinery department)
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Free participation
EDS is not required
A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
