Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please read the procurement documentation carefully.

Special requirements for participants:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot.
2. Warranty: for work performed, used consumables, automation - 24 months, for supplied equipment - 36 months.
3. The term of the work - the work will be carried out in several stages, but should not exceed 45 calendar days and all work must be completed on 01.12.20:
1. stage - assembly of refrigerating chambers
2. stage - main installation (supply and installation of SCH, VOPov, KKB, unloading and installation of refrigeration furniture)
3. stage - the final commissioning, bringing the equipment to operating mode, delivery of work, signing of acts.
Between the stages, a simple team of 2-3 weeks is possible, this period is not cumulative by the time of installation.
Start of production of works approximately 09.09.20
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
4. Equipment delivery time: equipment must be delivered by the start date of work.
The delivery schedule is to be agreed with the customer.
5. Requires agreement to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
6. The equipment readiness period for shipment is 30 calendar days from the moment of placing the order.
7. Prices must be quoted in rubles only. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 31.12.20
8. The main / core activity of the organization and work experience - installation of chemical equipment, from 1 year
9. Time for preparing a construction assignment and issuing it to the construction site: 7 days
10. If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered
11. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to consider the results of the tender and further work
12. Delivery / installation conditions: by the Supplier.

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to complete and attach the following files to the main application (in the attachment):
- Appendix 11. Participant card
- Template for CP

EDS is not required

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Attention! Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
