Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Attention! It is obligatory to fill in the file Template for commercial proposal for CT (in the attachment)

IMPORTANT! Special requirements for participants:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot.
2. Prices must be quoted in rubles only. Confirmation of fixing the cost in rubles until 04/30/21
3. Warranty: for work performed, consumables used, automation - 24 months, for supplied equipment - 36 months.
4. The term of the work - the work will be performed in several stages, but should not exceed 45 calendar days
5. All work must be completed on 20.04.21:
1. stage - assembly of refrigerating chambers
2. stage - main installation (supply and installation of SCH, VOPov, KKB, unloading and installation of refrigeration furniture)
3. stage - final commissioning, bringing the equipment to operating mode, delivery of work, signing of acts.
Between the stages, a simple team of 2-3 weeks is possible, this period is not summed up by the time of installation.
6. Beginning of the work on approximately 20.02.21
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
7. Equipment delivery time: equipment must be delivered by the start date of work.
The delivery schedule is to be agreed with the customer.
8. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
9. The main / core activity of the organization and work experience - installation of chemical equipment, from 1 year
10. The equipment readiness period for shipment is 30 calendar days from the date of the contract conclusion.
11. If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional. requests for missing documentation will not be sent
12. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for consideration of the results of the procedure and further work
13. Mandatory filling of the file Template for commercial proposal for chemical weapons
14. Term of preparation of the construction assignment and its issuance to the construction site: 7 days
15. Delivery / installation conditions: by the Supplier.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Attention! Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
