Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please carefully read the procurement documentation.

ATTENTION! Due to various factors (construction readiness of the facility, supply of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple crew is possible, but under any circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive discoveries.

IMPORTANT! Special requirements for participants:
1. Terms and conditions of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot.
2. Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of value fixing in rubles until 30.08.2021
3. Warranty period: 36 months for equipment, 24 months for work performed and materials and automation
4. The total period of work is 52 calendar days:
- for the production of preparatory works for dismanting/installation of XM — 7 k.d.
- for the dismanting/installation of XM — 28 k.d.
- at the NDP and preparation for commissioning — 9 k.d.
- for commissioning and elimination of RC/IC comments — 8 k.d
5. Main/profile activity of the organization and experience of work - installation of CW, from 1 year
6. The period of readiness of equipment for shipment 14 calendar days from the moment of placing the order (date of placing the order count the date of notification of victory in the contest)
7. If the participant is provided with an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent
8. Necessity of accreditation in "Tander" JSC for consideration of the results of the procedure and further work
9. Approximate start date of work - 05.07.21
10. Term of preparation of construction assignment and issuance of it to the construction site: 7 calendar days
11. Terms of delivery/installation: by means of the Supplier.

The procurement participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of submission of applications.

ATTENTION! Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
