Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Warranty period: 36 months for equipment, 24 months for work and materials and automation
"The total period of work is 75 calendar days:
- for the production of preparatory works for the dismanting/installation of XM — 7 kd.
- for the production of XM dismanting/installation works — 30 kd.
- for the production of the dismanting/installation of HC — 20 kd.
- NDP and preparation for commissioning — 8 kd.
- for commissioning and eliminating RC/IC comments — 10 kd

Due to various factors (building readiness of the facility, the delivery of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple brigade is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive openings. "
Main/profile activities of the organization and work experience - HO installation, 1 year
Equipment ready for shipment period is 14 calendar days from the moment of placing your order (by date of placing your order, count the date for notification of KA when the competition is announced)
If a member does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be submitted
Need for accreditation to Tander JSC to review the outcome of the tender and further work
Estimated start date — 03.09.21
Preparation period of construction assignment and issuance to the construction site: 7 calendar days
