Delivery terms:

5) Transportation conditions:

- storage conditions of goods: open / closed warehouse, heated / unheated,
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for how long
6) Product warranty. It is necessary to indicate the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) Term of replacement of goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (indicate where applicable to the product. Do you provide service, training, advice on various issues related to the delivered goods? Indicate the company that provides services for the supplied goods)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Approximate volume and weight (total volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
