Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. Comments: The KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the download documentation.
In the KP, you must specify:

3) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
4) Method of transportation.
5) Transportation conditions:
- special transport requirements, if applicable;
- product storage conditions: warehouse open/closed, heated/unheated,
- the temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for what period
6) Product warranty. You must specify the warranty period for the product, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to apply (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) The term of replacement of the product under the warranty.
8) After-sales service (specify in cases where this applies to the product. Whether you provide service services, training, and advice on various issues related to the delivered product. Specify the company that provides service services for the delivered product)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach the reference list)
10) Approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
13) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TPN;
14) The KP must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
15) the validity period of the CP.
