Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this consignment of goods no later than fifteen (15) working days upon shipment after the provision of shipping documents.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices indicate on the terms of shipment at own expense from the supplier's warehouse. Transportation costs are not included in the cost of production. In the cost of production lay manufacturing crates (is a prerequisite).
In-house logistics calculations from the supplier’s warehouse specified in the manual to the customer’s warehouse may be displayed in a separate line in the alternative manual or in the manual form attached to the current lot (not mandatory).
2. Specify the period of readiness of products for shipment and the address of shipment.
3. Identify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relationship to the product. If dealer or distributor, attach proof of status.
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformity / Certificate for the proposed products. When delivered complete with cargo must be a passport and re.
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on request (mass, volume).
6. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the specification;
7. When shipped, each package must be attached a packing list in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
8. Warranty periods for goods and materials must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer or from the moment the goods and materials are put into operation (one of the suggested options is obligatory). Specify.
Criteria for choosing a winner:
1. The least cost of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of pickup (specified in the CP) and the transport component from the supplier’s warehouse to the buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
2. Shelf life of products for shipment.
3. Approval of the proposed products by the Customer / compliance of technical parameters with the terms of the TZ.
4. The attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
