Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer makes payment for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the wayway/bill of lading, or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided that there are no complaints about the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives proper in the form of an invoice issued in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents. In case of violation of the above provision of documents, payment for the goods is made within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is no later than March 2022. Under the terms of DDP p. V.Kuranakh (Aldan District, RS (Y)). (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) to the place of delivery of the goods at its own expense. The shipping cost is included in the Product price). Shipment of TC PEK, RATEK, GTD, DPD is not allowed.

Comments: Settlements under the agreement are made using settlement accounts opened by the Parties with Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). Providing a package of documents specified in the "Documentation for the Contract" file is MANDATORY. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the application is not subject to consideration.
