Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

the Names, description and average monthly/annual consumption are indicated in the attached table. We work with VAT, the necessary documents for delivery: Account, BARGAINING-12/UPD, invoice. Contract Term-1 year, according to the results of the tender, with the possibility of fixing prices for the specified period. The Assortment is wider and the positions not participating in the tender will be automatically transferred to the winner (s) of the bidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
