Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Deferred payment of 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of originals of the accounting documents (S-F, torg12) and copies of quality certificates.
All products must be new.

Delivery time within 5 working days from the date of signing the specification. Terms of delivery: Perm, Industrial str., 84 B.
All shipping, packing and other costs must be included in the product price.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
