Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The cost of delivery of goods to the buyer's address, the supplier pays at his own expense. Payment for each consignment of goods is carried out by the buyer within 60 days from the receipt of this consignment of goods at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The goods are sent by the supplier in separate batches, according to additional requests from the buyer, at prices declared for the tender. The supplier independently organizes the delivery of goods to the buyer's address in Usinsk and carries out it at its own expense!
