Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods delivered is made in a non-cash form by transferring cash to the Supplier's account on the basis of delivery of each shipment of the Goods, as per Customer's request, no later than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date the parties signed the acceptance certificate - the transfer of the goods and the goods invoice.
The date of payment is considered to be the date of the cancellation of the money from the Customer's account.
Delivery terms:Monthly by request to Customer's warehouse at Domodedovo Airport, in batches according to Customer's request.
Shipping is delivered at the supplier's expense and is delivered exclusively during Customer's opening hours, the delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer.
