Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Preference is given to proposals with a deferred payment at least 10 days. Prepayment is also considered in relation to the proposed value. Packing and all possible fees are included in the cost of production.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by and at the expense of "Supplier" to warehouse "Buyer".
The delivery date is the date of the transfer of production to the "Buyer" at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG -12) stock "Buyer". Detail in the procurement documentation.
Delivery is carried out in Q4 2019 according to revised Buyer applications for the necessary number. The volume of purchased products can be modified to reflect changes in the Customer's needs.
Requirements:
Price-nomenclature in the sentence can not be changed during the Q4 2019.
Documents uploading price offer on ETP B2B - mandatory and must comply with the latest rate for B2B trading platform, drawn up in accordance with the comments set out in the Order of OSVAR to OPS Q4 2019 5poz, otherwise the Organizer is entitled to reject the proposals of the participants..
The products supplied shall be new, not restored, and strictly in accordance with the request "Buyer".
Warranty and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
