Payment terms:100% deferment of payment upon products delivery. The preferred grace period is not less than 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Other terms of payment are agreed by the parties additionally.
Payment of products is carried out in cashless order by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. The currency of payment is Russian ruble.
The buyer makes payments on the basis of the results of the acceptance, provided that the supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of the products, consignment notes and invoices, corresponding to the results In accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. Delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (Torg-12) at the buyer's warehouse in Mezhrechensk, Southern industrial zone, warehousing. Products delivery time: Minimum from the moment of signing the contract by the buyer. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The supplied product must be new, not restored. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally.
The products must be accompanied by all the obligatory documents confirming its quality and origin.

Comments:
mandatory-loading of the commercial offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization, the certificate of conformity, the application permit, the dealer's certificate with the factories-manufacturers or confirmation of the status Supplier, reference list.
Simultaneously with submission of the offer it is obligatory to provide documents specified in the purchase documentation.
Conclusion of the contract only in the Standard edition of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without a protocol of disagreement (see attachment).
