Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The participant shall pass accreditation as a supplier of PAO "Unipro" on the official company's website: http://www.unipro.energy/purchase/accreditation/.

This RFQ does not constitute a bidding (tender, auction)according to articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or public tender according to articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedure (procurement method), stipulated by the Russian laws.
Bidding organizer has the right to refuse from holding the RFQ or to terminate it without conclusion of the contract based on its results at any time, and the bidding organizer shall not refund participant's expenses incurred by him while preparing and participating in the RFQ. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
