Payment terms:The Buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
The term for signing the contract by the supplier is no more than five days from the receipt of the notification of recognition as a winner.
