Payment terms:The buyer makes a payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Supplier makes the delivery of the goods at its own expense and on their own to the buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
Term of contract by the supplier no more than five days of receipt of notification of the winner's choosing.
Georeferencing:652877, Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo region, Southern industrial zone, Warehouse, JSC Southern Kuzbass.
Comments:
MANDATORY - uploading quotation signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization, the certificate of conformity, approval documents, the dealer certificate with manufacturers or vendor status confirmation, the reference sheet.
Simultaneously with the submission of proposals is required to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without protocol differences (See attachment).
Validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days of its surrender.
One of the important criteria of evaluation of the proposal, a delay of payment. Preferred grace period - 60 days or more from date of shipment.
Please note! If a delivery is offered products that manufacturer (not the original) or any other references, in the offer necessarily indicate the manufacturer's name and catalog number changed. Also, to offer must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the company in which the participant confirms the similarity of the products offered to the original.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Number of on-demand can be changed in case of changing demands from enterprises.
