Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:postpayments are made by bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and based on the received invoice, waybill or UPD.
Delivery terms:delivery in batches with delivery to 7 RCs. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks from the moment of ordering. The product is delivered only on euro-size pallets, with a height of no more than 180cm! Due to the design features of the warehouses, unloading machines with a height of less than 120 cm from the ground (-10 cm) is NOT POSSIBLE!

The selection of the supplier is carried out for 4 months. This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or competition, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose the Winner.
