Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:postpayments are made by bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and on the basis of the received invoice, waybill or UPD.
Delivery terms:delivery in batches with delivery to 7 distribution centers. Delivery time 2-3 weeks from the date of order. The goods are delivered only on pallets of euro size, no more than 180cm high! Due to the design features of the warehouses, unloading machines with a height of less than 120cm (+ - 10cm) from the ground is NOT POSSIBLE!

The choice of a supplier is carried out for 4 months. "This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447-448 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Organizer to choose a winner, supplier (contractor, performer), is not an offer, does not contain obligations of the Organizer conclude an agreement with a participant. The Organizer sums up the procedure in accordance with its internal local regulations. "
