Auto-extension

The Buyer pays for the received new Product in the amount of 100% of the value of the Product within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note / consignment note or other document confirming the acceptance of the Product, provided there are no claims for quality, quantity, completeness , completing the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents.
