Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Preference is given to offers with deferred payment. Prepayments are also considered in relation to the proposed value. Packaging and all possible payments are included in the cost of production.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by and at the expense of the "Supplier" to the "Buyer" warehouse.
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the products to the "Buyer" at the time of signing the call tag (TORG-12) in the warehouse of the "Buyer". Details in the procurement documentation.
Delivery is carried out within 3 quarters of 2019 according to the specified applications of the Buyer for the required quantity. The volume of purchased products can be changed to reflect the changes in customer needs.
Requirements:
Prices and nomenclature in the offer are not subject to change during 3Q 2019.
Uploading of the documentation for the price offer on the B2B electronic trading platform is MANDATORY and must correspond to the latest bid for the electronic B2B trading platform, issued in accordance with the comments set out in the Application from OSVAR for diss. mater 3Q2019 23pos., Otherwise the Organizer has the right to reject the proposal of the Participant.
Delivered products must be new, not restored and STRICTLY in accordance with the request of the "Buyer".
Warranty and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations.
