Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND SIGNING A SUPPLY AGREEMENT:
1. The presence of the status - manufacturer, or valid dealer authority with manufacturers. To confirm the status of the supplier, it is necessary to immediately upload the relevant documents along with the commercial proposal (offer) during the request process.
2. When delivering goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide originals of documents for the supplied products: a formalized original of the contract, invoice / invoice, consignment note (TORG-12), consignment note, quality certificates.
The contract is strictly as amended by Moskoks JSC.
