2. Delivery of production is carried out on the basis of written applications, submitted by the Buyer, which indicate the number and details of the consignee. The delivery time of products - not more than 10 calendar days from the date of filing.
3. The supplier must have for all products supplied certificates confirming the quality and safety of products. The quality of the goods supplied under this contract must meet the requirements of state standards and other normative-technical documentation provided for this kind of goods.
On the delivered goods supplier gives a guarantee of quality, in accordance with the regulations laid down for this type of goods. Availability of quality assurance certified by giving the Supplier to the Customer with the manufacturer certificate, certificate of compliance issued by the quality control center. Documentation of the quality of the goods provided by the customer free of charge for each type of goods to be delivered. In the case of supply of imported products quality certificate should be issued in Russian and attach a registration certificate.
Packaging of goods shall conform to the requirements of state standards, international standards of packaging (for foreign-made goods) and protect the goods from damage during transportation and storage.
