Comments:
1. Prices are provided without VAT, transportation costs are included in the price of goods, are not allocated. Please take into account the transportation costs to all addresses of the place of delivery.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Full compliance of the participant's offer with the customer's requirements (any changes must be agreed with the organizer prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the conditions of request for proposals;
- Price of the offer;
- Delivery of products within the specified time (if any);
- Consent of the participant with the wording of the agreement of the Organizer (in the documents in the attachment), signing the agreement without the Protocol of disagreement (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the whole period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure till the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP);
3. The products must be new (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
4. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements specified in the request to the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the contract and specifications. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
